Policy 9.2.2 of the Great Yarmouth Seafront Local Plan precludes the establishment of hot food and/or take away outlets in Regent Road where the proposal is adjacent to an existing hot food/take away outlet and approval would be contrary to this policy and prejudicial to the Council's stated aims to maintain hot food outlets at existing levels in predominantly shopping areas and to maintain the character of such areas through the even distribution of hot food/take away outlets.
