| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The tank hereby permitted shall not be placed on the site until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of shrub planting for the purpose of screening the tank. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | All planting comprised in the approved details of the shrub planting scheme shall be carried out in the first planting season following the siting of the tank, and any plants which within a period of 5 years from the siting of the tank die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
