| 1. | This permission expires on 31st August 1995 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th August 1994. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The staff and visitor parking shown on the amended drawing submitted on the 18th August 1994 shall be kept available and clear for the parking of staff and visitor parking in association with the car sales site. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the retention and availability of car parking to serve the development. |
| 4. | Not more than 30 cars shall be displayed for sale at the site at any time. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure to ensure adequate manoeuvring and turning area is available for use within the site. |
