No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.No work shall commence until details of the exact type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles to be used have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as no details of the materials have been submitted.
3.The bungalow shall be used for habitation purposes only during the period from 20th March to 31st October and for 10 days before and 10 days after Christmas Day in each year and at all other times it shall be used only for the storage of household effects. The reason for the condition is :- The Hemsby Local Plan Review states that "New residential development will, at the discretion of the Borough Council, be acceptable on the remaining vacant plots in the vicinity of Fakes Road, Newport. Development shall be limited to individual dwellings in keeping with the scale and form of existing development, but the sub-division of plots will be resisted". The proposal does not meet the criteria for permanent residential development in view of the limited plot size and the relationship of the proposed bungalow to adjacent properties.
