1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Prior to the bringing into use of the development hereby approved a car parking area, sufficient to meet the standards of the Local Planning Authority, shall be layed out in accordance with details that shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that area shall thereafter be retained solely for the car parking of staff and patrons of the aforementioned development.
