| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 95005:02 Revision A and 95005:03 Revision A dated February 1995, received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th March, 1995.
