| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The premises shall not be brought into use until details of the parking areas adequate to serve the development proposed have been submitted for of the Local Planning Authority and the works in accordance with the details as approved shall be completed prior to use hereby permitted commencing. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of an adequate parking area when the use commences. |
| 3. | The premises shall not be brought into use until details of the internal alterations to the premises and details of the accommodation to be provided, together with details of the access arrangements for people with disabilities and such details are approved by the Local Planning Authority and the works completed in accordance with the details as agreed prior to the use hereby permitted commencing. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of accommodation of an adequate standard and completed prior to the use commencing. |
