1.	The condition requires a Content Management Plan to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall detail the arrangements for the delivery of the 5% annual free screen time (876 hours per unit) for council and community messaging. The unit shall thereafter be operated in accordance with the approved plan for its lifetime. The application was supported by the following documents: - Councils Screen on Time SOT (Received 7th August 2026) - Street Hub - Spec and Digital Delivery (Received 7th August 2026) The submitted information is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. This discharges the submission and approval of details element of the condition. The development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
