The condition requires full details of written and drawn form of the means by which electric vehicle charging shall be made available for common parking areas within the scheme to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The charging points shall be installed prior to first use of the building hereby approved and shall be retained in their approved form thereafter The application was supported by the following documents: - External Site Services Layout (Received on the 4th of August 2026) The submitted information is considered acceptable and is hereby approved.
