| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Block Plan of air conditioning units- - Received 28/07/2026 - Location Plan - Received 28/07/2026 - Photos of installed North and South air conditioning units - Received 17/07/2026 The reason for the condition is:- To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The external air conditioning plant and equipment hereby approved shall be serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and maintained in an efficient mechanical working order at all times. Any-fan or motor imbalance, loose panels, or mechanical defects causing elevated noise levels shall be repaired or rectified immediately. Written logs of all maintenance servicing shall be kept and made available for inspection upon the written request of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for this condition is to protect neighbouring amenity in accordance with policies H9 and A1 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2015, and policy HEC7 of the emerging local plan (2026) to which significant weight can be afforded. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
