| 1. | Condition 7 of pp. 06/23/0669/F covers the submission of existing site levels and proposed ground levels and finished floor levels. This is required to include (i) a full site survey showing all existing site levels above ordnance datum including the datum used to calibrate the site levels, levels along all site boundaries, levels across the site at regular intervals and floor levels of adjoining buildings where relevant. This is also to include (ii) full details of the proposed finished floor levels of all buildings and hard surfaces including the ground floor(s) in relation to existing ground levels.

Upon full assessment of the submitted information, this is acceptable and hereby approved. Condition 7 can be discharged in FULL. The condition now becomes a Compliance condition as this requires that the development is carried out only in strict accordance with the proposed ground / site levels and finished floor levels approved under part (ii) of this condition. |
