1.	Condition 8 of pp 06/24/0386/VCF required details of bat boxes and bat tubes to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following details were submitted: Bat Mitigation Strategy - Revision P01 dated 18th June 2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 8 have been met. The condition can only discharged in FULL. These bat boxes and tubes shall be erected in accordance with the approved details prior to commencement of any of the development other than demolition of the northern arm of the thatched barn and demolition of the office building extension at the southern end of the thatched barn. The boxes and tubes shall be retained in perpetuity thereafter and should they fail they shall be replaced with an identical item in an identical location as soon as practical or within 28 days of the failure, unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
