The following information was submitted: Bat Emergence Survey Report - Dated January 2026 Reptile Survey Report - Dated June 2026 Bat Hibernation Survey Report - Dated September 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 3 have been met. The condition can be discharged in FULL. The development shall thereafter proceed in strict accordance with the approved details.
