1.	Condition 27 is NOT Discharged. Condition 27 of pp 06/23/0056/F requires that there shall be no occupation of any residential dwelling hereby permitted until suitable details have first been submitted to the Local Planning Authority to confirm that the soil, including any imported topsoil, to be used in the private residential curtilages of the development hereby permitted are suitably clean, safe and appropriate to its use as private residential dwelling gardens, and that imported topsoil is from certified sources.
