1.	Condition 13 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires the submission and approval of a Fire Hydrants Scheme which is to be approved in consultation with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. It also requires that no dwelling is occupied until the hydrant(s) serving the property or group of properties have first been provided in accordance with the approved details, to the satisfaction of the LPA in consultation with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. The following information was submitted: - Proposed Fire Hydrant Location Plan. Received 18/08/2026. Upon full assessment of the submitted document and following consultation with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, the submitted information is considered acceptable and approved as sufficient to discharge Condition 13 in PART. The pre-commencement aspect of the condition is hereby discharged.
