1.	Condition 12 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires the submission and approval of details, including plans, to show the approved dwellings will satisfactorily meet the requirements of Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations wherever feasible and practicable to do so. Condition 12 also requires that the dwellings shall thereafter be constructed in accordance with the details and that prior to the practical completion of each dwelling, a written statement shall be submitted to the LPA sufficient to demonstrate compliance of that dwelling with Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations and/or the details approved by this condition as appropriate. A) Upon full assessment of the submitted plans, the submitted information is considered acceptable and approved as sufficient to discharge Condition 12 in part. The condition cannot be fully discharged due to Condition 12 also requiring that for the dwellings shall thereafter be constructed in accordance with the details and that prior to the practical completion of each dwelling, a written statement is submitted to the LPA sufficient to demonstrate compliance of that dwelling with Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations and/or the details approved by this condition as appropriate.
