| 1. | Condition 10 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires the submission and approval of a Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme to be based on, and include as a minimum, the Biodiversity Enhancement Measures recommended within the approved Preliminary Ecological Appraisal document dated February 2023.
The following information was submitted:
- Construction Ecological Management Plan. Arbtech. Land South of Meadowland Drive, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, NR31 8TE. Dated 14th August 2026.
- Bird and Bat Box Location Mark-up, Rev. A.
Upon full assessment of the submitted documents, the submitted information is considered acceptable and approved as sufficient to discharge Condition 10 in Full. The condition now becomes a Compliance condition as this requires that the development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme which shall be provided in full and made available for use prior to the first occupation of the final dwelling to be occupied within the development hereby permitted. |
