| 1. | Condition 6 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires a new and up-to-date Phase 1 contamination study and report to assess whether the land is likely to be contaminated and a Phase 2 site investigation to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. If the Phase 2 site investigation determines the ground contains contaminants at unacceptable levels then a Phase 3 written strategy detailing how the site is to be remediated is to be submitted followed by a Phase 4 Remediation Verification report.

Upon full assessment of the submitted reports, these are acceptable and hereby approved. Condition 6 can be discharged in FULL. |
