1.	Condition 4 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires the submission and approval of a Construction Ecological Management Plan (CEMP). The CEMP is required to be informed by a pre-development ecological walkover survey of the site to be undertaken by an appropriately qualified ecologist. The CEMP is also required to propose suitable ecology protection measures to address the potential presence of species on the site as identified by the pre-development walkover survey and to provide an Ecological Management Plan. The following information was submitted: - Construction Ecological Management Plan. Arbtech. Land South of Meadowland Drive, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, NR31 8TE. Dated 14th August 2026. Upon full assessment of the submitted Construction Ecological Management Plan, the submitted information is considered acceptable and approved as sufficient to discharge Condition 4 in Full. The condition now becomes a Compliance condition as this requires that the development is thereafter carried out in strict accordance with the approved details and to the timeframes for delivery contained therein.
