1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 07/07/2026; Existing Elevations and Plans, 788-01-B Design and Access Statement Bat Assessment Coastal Erosion Vulnerability Assessment (CEVA) The development shall also be carried out in accordance with revised plans, drawing references: Proposed Elevations and Plans, 788-02-G, Received 10/09/2026 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Occasionally European protected species, such as bats, can be found during the course of the development. In the event that this occurs, it is advised that the developer stops work immediately and seeks the advice of a suitably qualified ecological consultant. To enhance the area for bats it is recommended that any external lighting is downwards facing and bat friendly and not pointed at any surrounding scrub.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
