1.	Condition 17 of pp. 06/23/0928/F requires the submission and approval of a Travel Plan. This is to include a monitoring programme. The following information was submitted: - Travel Plan. DHA. Document No. AH/HB/AHun/37330. Dated 28.07.2026, Version 2.0. Upon full assessment of the submitted amended Travel Plan, the Travel Plan as amended is considered acceptable and discharges in Full the submission and approval of details element of the condition. The condition now becomes a Compliance condition as this requires that the Travel Plan is implemented in accordance with the timetable/phasing and targets contained therein, and shall continue to be implemented as long as any part of the development is occupied.
