| 1. | The discharge of the planning obligations relating to the payment of the GYBC and NCC financial contributions as detailed in the Section 106 Agreement dated 18 December 2025 are confirmed with the payment requirements of the following sections of the Deed:
· Clause 9.1 (Council Monitoring Fee) and Clause 9.2 (County Monitoring Fee).
· Schedule 3, Part 2, Paragraphs 1.1 to 1.4 (Off-Site Open Space Contribution).
· Schedule 3, Part 3, Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 (GIRAMS Contribution).
· Schedule 5, Paragraphs 1 and 2 (Library Contribution).
· Schedule 6, Paragraphs 1 to 4 (Education Contribution). |
