1.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th March 2026: -Drawing No. 2619-001 - Existing & Proposed Details - dated April 2026. The reason for the condition is:- The condition is imposed in order to comply with the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) - Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.
2.	ADVISORY NOTE: The applicant is hereby advised that works to the garage shown in submitted plan 2619-001 - Existing & Proposed Details cannot be approved under this form of application for prior approval to extend the dwelling with a rear single storey extension. The applicant is advised to ensure the garage alterations satisfy the requirements of the Schedule 2 Part 1 Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Should formal confirmation be required from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed works can be considered permitted development, the applicant is advised to submit an application for a Certificate of Lawful Proposed Development, or a Householder application for full planning permission.
