1.	Condition 3 of pp 06/17/0697/F required details of a surface water management strategy to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The following information was submitted: - Cover letter -- Dated 20th May 2026 - Drainage Strategy - Reference:218008/DS/0001 - Dated 23/01/2023 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 3 have been met and can be discharged in PART. The drainage scheme undertaken must be constructed in accordance and remain in situ with the submitted details: Drainage Strategy - Reference:218008/DS/0001 - Dated 23/01/2023 . At no point must the discharge rate exceed 2ls into the combined sewer.
