| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 13.05.2026:

For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy CS9 of the Core Strategy (2015), Policies A1 and H9 of the Local Plan Part 2 (2021), Policy 5 of the Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves Neighbourhood Plan and Policy HOU11 of the Emerging Local Plan. |
