1.	Condition 13 of pp 06/22/0775/F required details of EV charging for each dwelling to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following details were submitted: - PROPOSED SITE PLAN - Drawing Number P19 - 8260 - Dated May 2026 - EV charger specification details - 7.4kw charger Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 13 have been met. The condition can only be discharged in FULL. The EV charging provision shall be retained thereafter in accordance with the approved plans.
