1.	Condition 12 of pp 06/22/0775/F required details of a vehicular access crossing over the adjacent footway to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following details were submitted: - PROPOSED SITE PLAN - Drawing Number P19 - 8260 - Dated May 2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 12 have been met. The condition can be discharged in FULL. The vehicular access crossing shall thereafter be retained in the position shown within the submitted plans.
