The following details were submitted: Drawing No. 8260 P15 Revision B - Plot B - Proposed Floor & Elevations - Dated August 2022 Drawing No. 8260 P14 Revision B - Plot A - Proposed Floor & Elevations - Dated August 2022 Sparrow terrace nest box further information Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 11 have been met. The condition can be discharged in FULL. The provision of bird boxes shall be retained thereafter in accordance with the approved plans.
