| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th June 2026.
- Proposed elevations, block plan and location plans - Drawing No. 2105 01 Revision A - Dated June 2026
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | The pergola hereby permitted shall remain permanently open on all sides. No walls, screens, panels, trellis, or other means of enclosure shall be erected, placed, or affixed to any side of the structure without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for this condition is:
To prevent overdevelopment of the structure in the interests of visual amenity of the area in accordance with policy CS9 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan (2015), A1 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021) and Emerging Local Plan policy HOU11 (to which significant weight shall be afforded). |
