BGS-051124001 The submitted details therefore provide sufficient detail to ensure that the proposed development achieves the required 10% statutory Biodiversity Net Gain off-site in accordance with Schedule 7A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Policy CS11 of the Core Strategy.
