1.	The condition requires full details of wheel cleaning facilities for construction vehicles to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority and for the duration of the construction period all traffic associated with the construction of the development permitted will use the approved wheel cleaning facilities. The application was supported by a document dated April 2026 setting out the details for complying with the requirements of this condition. The details as submitted are acceptable and hereby approved as sufficient to discharge the condition in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as the approved wheel cleaning facilities must be used for the duration of the construction period.
