1.	The condition requires full details of onsite parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority, and for the duration of the construction period all construction worker parking shall use the onsite facilities. The application was supported by a document dated April 2026 setting out the details for complying with the requirements of this condition. The details as submitted are acceptable and hereby approved as sufficient to discharge the condition in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as the approved onsite parking for construction workers must be used for the duration of the construction period.
