No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 28/04/2026: - Site Location Plan: Ref. RGP-PWA-XX-ZZ-DR-A-12020 Rev P01 - Proposed Roof Plan: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_G204_SES_LAY_PV_ETC_DESIGN01 - Proposed East Elevation: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_M610_SES_ELE_ETC_EAST_DESIGN01 - Proposed North Elevation: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_M608_SES_ELE_ETC_NORTH_DESIGN01 - Proposed South Elevation: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_M609_SES_ELE_ETC_SOUTH_DESIGN01 - Proposed West Elevation: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_M611_SES_ELE_ETC_WEST_DESIGN01 - Proposed Section Plan: Ref. PR250193_JPUH_M624_SES_SEC_ETC_DESIGN01 The reason for the condition is:- To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
3.INFORMATIVE NOTE: The solar equipment must be removed as soon as reasonably practicable when no longer needed, to comply with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
