1.	Condition 8 requires that tree/hedge protection measures are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Arboricultural Method Statement; April 2026-V1.1 The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in full at this time as it requires the protection measures to be installed prior to any site clearance and demolition works taking place and to thereafter remain in place for the duration of the demolition and construction period.
