1.	Condition 7 requires that a Construction Noise, Dust and Smoke Management Plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: Construction Noise, Dust and Smoke Management Plan (dated February 2026) The submitted information is considered acceptable and Condition 7 is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in full at this time as the condition requires that the approved plan shall remain in place and be implemented throughout each phase of the development.
