1.	Condition 5 of pp 06/24/0756/F requires the submission of details regarding the Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan to be implemented for the car park. Prior to first use of the car park extension the Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan shall be agreed and implemented in accordance with the details as agreed and to be maintained and retained as such thereafter. The following information was submitted: · Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan, Received 21/04/2026 The details as submitted are acceptable and are hereby approved and it is considered the submission and approval requirements of condition 5 have been met and can be discharged.
