1.	The submitted details indicate that an extensive number of additional lights will be installed to each elevation of the listed building. The approved plans only show new lighting to the north elevation, with the existing lighting approved to be upgraded in situ. Notwithstanding this, the proposed external lighting scheme (including the addition of several CCTV) cameras would visually clutter the principal elevations of the listed building and would thus cause additional harm to the significance of the listed building. The submitted details are not considered to satisfy the requirements of Condition 5 for the reasons outlined above and this condition discharged application is therefore hereby REFUSED.
