| 1. | The consent hereby granted shall expire at the end of 5 years from the date of this decision. The reason for the condition is: - To comply with Regulation 14 (7) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.08.2026: - Proposed Elevations, Block Plans and Location Plan (Dwg. No. 26/468/02) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | The level of illumination of the illuminated sign shall not at any time exceed 5000cd/sqm during daylight and 300cd/sqm at night. The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Local Plan Policy CS16 and Emerging Local Plan Policy SUT1. |
