1.	The condition requires detailed design of proposed alterations, including their materials and finishes, to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documents: - Plans: Proposed Change of Use to Restaurant, Takeaway, Party Venue, and Shop - Received 17th of July 2026. The submitted information is considered unacceptable and the application to discharge Condition 4 is refused. This is due to the materials proposed not being considered to satisfy the requirements of the condition.
