1.	Condition 25 of pp 06/22/0546/F required the full details of layout and specifications in written and drawn form of the means by which electric vehicle charging points shall be provided to each dwelling in the development to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Drawing No SK11 Revision A - EV charging Details - Dated 07/04/2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 25 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The charging provision shall be provided and made available for use prior to the first occupation of each dwelling in accordance with the approved details for that dwelling and shall be retained as such thereafter.
