1.	Condition 24 of pp 06/22/0546/F required details of secure cycle parking to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The following information was submitted: Drawing No SK12 Revision B - Cycle Parking Plan - Dated 29/05/2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 24 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The scheme shall be fully implemented before the development hereby approved is first occupied /brought into use and thereafter retained for this purpose.
