1.	Condition 19 of pp. 06/15/0737/F requires details of a means of enclosure restricting access to the attenuation basin. The following information was submitted: - Open Space Scheme Plan. Dwg No. 700 - 03. Rev. A. Upon full assessment of the submitted details, these are acceptable and are approved. The fence has already been installed and is in accordance with the plan herby approved. As such the condition can be discharged in FULL subject to the fence being retained as approved in perpetuity.
