| 1. | Condition 15 of pp. 06/15/0737/F requires a site investigation to be carried out to assess whether the land is contaminated and a scheme to remediate the site to a standard suitable for its proposed uses if contamination is found. If contamination is found it then requires a scheme of remediation to be approved and the works to be carried out prior to occupation of the plots.
