This application to discharge the statutory deemed Biodiversity Gain Condition is supported by the following information: - Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment Report (Biome Consulting; dated 12 November 2025) - Landscape Plan and Maintenance Schedule; drawing reference: 0978-00-091- Rev P01 - BNG metric calculation tool The submitted BNG Plan (consisting of the Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment Report, Landscape Plan and completed BNG metric calculation tool - all as listed above) is considered acceptable and the statutory deemed Biodiversity Gain Condition is hereby discharged in FULL and that the duty under Schedule 7A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (inserted by the Environment Act 2021) is considered to have been met.
