1.	Condition XIV of the South Denes Local Development Order 2022 (as listed on self-certification notice 06/25/0864/LDO) requires a pre-development ecological report surveying the presence of protected species to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Drawing Number: 1000444-IWD-XX-XX-DR-C-6000-P05 - Title - Block Plan Ecological Assessment - Dated 22nd July 2025. Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of Condition XIV have been met, and the condition can be discharged in Part. The works must be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved plans throughout the duration of work between April - July 2026.
