| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st May 2026:
- Drawing Title - Proposed Elevations - Dated April 2026
- Proposed Block Plan - Reference: TQRQM26086113927283 - Dated 27th March 2026.
The reason for the condition is:-
The condition is imposed in order to comply with the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) - Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details presented in the submitted drawings, the development hereby permitted shall:
- not exceed 5.25 meters in depth measured from the exterior or the original wall to the external face of the extension and,
- shall not exceed 3.75 meters in width when measured between the opposite external faces of the extension and,
- the height shall not exceed 3.7m at the highest section of the roof when measured from the adjacent ground level and,
- the eaves height shall not exceed 2.35m when measured from the adjacent ground level.
The reason for this condition is:
To ensure that the development is completed in accordance with the declarations made in the submitted Application Form, because the dimensions and scale presented in the submitted drawings are ambiguous and differ from that stated on the application form and in the advertised application description. |
| 3. | Informative Note:
Hours of Work: Due to the close proximity of other residential dwellings and businesses, the hours of any construction or refurbishment works should be restricted to reduce the likelihood of noise disturbance to: 0730 hours to 1830 hours Monday to Friday 0830 hours to 1330 hours Saturdays No work on Sundays or Bank Holidays. |
