| 1. | Part A of Condition 5 of pp. 06/23/0056/F requires the submission and approval of an archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI). This is to include a programme and methodology of site investigation and recording, a programme for post investigation assessment, provision for analysis of the site investigation and recording, provision for publication and dissemination, provision for archive deposition, nomination of a competent person or persons/organisation to undertake the works and any further project designs as required.
The following information was submitted:
- Written Scheme of Investigation for a full Programme of Archaeological Mitigatory Work, dated October 2025, Revision V1.0.
Upon full assessment of the submitted WSI, this is acceptable and hereby approved. Condition 5 Part A can be discharged in FULL.
No development shall take place other than in strict accordance with the written scheme of investigation approved under condition 5 Part (A) of pp. 06/23/0056/F and any addenda to that WSI covering subsequent phases of mitigation. Parts B and C of condition 5 remain to be complied with. |
