1.	Condition 5 requires that a Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment Report (Biome Consulting; Version 2 Final, dated 12 November 2025) - Landscape Plan and Maintenance Schedule; drawing reference: 0978-00-091- Rev P01 - BNG metric calculation tool - Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (dated March 2026) The submitted information is considered acceptable and approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART.
