1.	Condition 12 requires details of any external lighting to first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Proposed Lighting Block Plan. Drawing No. 8141C1061904/ PC12/01/Rev A. The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in FULL. The applicant is reminded of the requirement to install the external lighting in accordance with the approved details and to be maintained in perpetuity thereafter and that all other conditions associated with planning application reference 06/24/0639/CU also need to be adhered to.
