1.	Condition 11 requires that details are provided to demonstrate that the building and its use have been registered with the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Direct Service are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and then the approved measures shall be in place for the life of the development. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Email dated 02/06/2026 sent by floodline@notifications.service.gov.uk re. flood warning service. The details as submitted are acceptable and are hereby approved. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained and maintained for the lifetime of the development as required by condition 8 of PP ref: 06/24/0639/CU. The applicant is reminded that all other conditions associated with planning application reference 06/24/0639/CU also need to be adhered to.
